About the role
The Lifeguard ensures the safety of guests at Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection Resort. You will monitor the swimming area, respond to emergencies, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Observe swimmers, intervene with rescue techniques, and assist injured guests until EMS arrives.
- Monitor pool area for hazardous conditions, unsafe activities, and enforce facility rules.
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, handle towels, and perform routine cleaning tasks.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or any certification required by local authorities).
Required skills
- CPR certification.
- First Aid certification.
