About the role

As a Lifeguard at DoubleTree Resort & Spa Marjan Island, you will ensure the safety of guests in the pool and beach areas while delivering the warm hospitality Hilton is known for. You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a safe and enjoyable environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor pool and beach areas continuously to prevent accidents.
• Perform water rescues and administer first aid or CPR when needed.
• Enforce safety rules and provide clear instructions to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the swimming facilities.
• Report incidents and maintain accurate logs.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a lifeguard in a resort or hotel setting.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, service‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical fitness and the ability to respond quickly in emergency situations.
