About the role
The Lifeguard ensures the safety of guests at the pool area of Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection Resort. You will monitor swimmers, respond to emergencies, and maintain a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere for all visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Observe swimmers, use rescue techniques, and assist those in distress.
- Monitor the pool area for hazardous conditions, unsafe activities, and enforce facility rules.
- Provide first aid and support injured guests until emergency services arrive.
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, handle towels, and perform routine cleaning tasks.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.
- Uphold company policies, maintain confidentiality, and protect assets.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 kg unassisted and heavier items with assistance.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, run, and perform duties on slippery or uneven surfaces.
