Lifestyle Events Executive – Banquet & Lifestyle

About the role

The Banquet & Lifestyle Executive acts as the primary liaison between clients, sales teams and operational departments to deliver seamless events, banquets and lifestyle experiences at the resort. This role focuses on managing client requests, coordinating site visits and supporting the sales team to uphold the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for banquet and lifestyle inquiries from clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate and conduct site visits, presenting the resort’s event spaces and services.
• Prepare proposals, layouts and event documentation to meet client requirements.
• Liaise with banquet, F&B, housekeeping, AV and other operational teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions, event details and post‑event feedback in the CRM system.
• Provide regular updates to sales and management on bookings, client requests and event progress.

• Strong organisational ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, sales and operational staff.
• High attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Professional appearance and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by events.
