Lifting Appointed Person (ADNOC Approved)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Lifting Appointed Person to support a major onshore/offshore construction project in the UAE. The role involves managing complex rigging and lifting operations while ensuring full compliance with ADNOC standards and project safety protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage and execute complex rigging and lifting requirements.
• Prepare, verify, and submit Lifting Operation Plans (LOP) to the SPA according to ADNOC standards for all mobile crane types.
• Conduct site visits, assess live plant risks, and select appropriate lifting gear and rigging arrangements.
• Provide continuous on‑site supervision and coordinate daily with site‑in‑charge personnel to prioritize lifting schedules safely.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC guidelines, statutory regulations, and project safety procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of overall lifting experience, including at least 2–3 years as an ADNOC‑approved Appointed Person.
• ADNOC Appointed Person approval (offshore approval is an advantage).
