Linen & Laundry Supervisor

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Supervisor for its Linen & Laundry department. The role oversees daily laundry operations, ensuring timely processing of linens and guest garments in a luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day laundry operations, guaranteeing accurate and on‑time processing of linens and guest garments.
• Monitor staff performance, assign tasks, and adjust staffing levels to meet operational demands.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene standards, safety protocols, and service quality benchmarks.
• Support departmental budgeting, track financial performance, and analyse equipment usage and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures in coordination with the Manager.
• Oversee secure delivery of laundry items to designated areas and handle documentation of linen and guest laundry requests.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in laundry or housekeeping operations, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong understanding of textile care, fabric types and garment handling procedures.
• Effective leadership and team coordination skills in a multicultural environment.
