Linen Runner – Housekeeping Support

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Housekeeping professional to join our team at Park Rotana & Park Arjaan Abu Dhabi as a Linen Runner. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service through efficient handling of linen and related guest requests.

Key responsibilities

• Collect dirty linen from the pantry and deliver it to the laundry.
• Retrieve clean linen from the laundry and distribute it to the pantries.
• Fulfill guest requests such as irons, ironing boards, dental kits, etc.
• Deliver and collect extra beds to and from guest rooms.
• Pick up guest supplies and water bottles from general stores and place them in housekeeping or pantry areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or linen misuse to the appropriate supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and tidy linen room at all times.
• Carry out special duties assigned by superiors.

Required profile

• Vocational training in Housekeeping with prior hotel housekeeping experience.
• Good command of English and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Cross‑cultural sensitivity and willingness to put in extra effort when required.
• Creative, innovative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
