Restaurant Manager (Full-Time)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of our outlets in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering profitable operations while maintaining high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit by managing P&L, controlling costs, and achieving budgeted targets.
• Maintain and improve QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) standards and ensure compliance with health, safety and HSE regulations.
• Recruit, train, schedule and develop staff, conduct appraisals and foster a motivated team.
• Implement local marketing initiatives, promotions and birthday party programs to boost traffic.
• Monitor financial reports, analyze trends, and adjust operations to meet performance goals.

Required profile

• Minimum High School Diploma; a Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in a quick‑service restaurant environment, including 1 year in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Proven business acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control and performance management.
• Commitment to ethical standards, health & safety compliance and customer satisfaction.
