Local Division Manager – Electrification Services (ELSE)

About the role

ABB is seeking an experienced Local Division Manager to lead Electrification Services (ELSE) operations across the UAE and Oman. Reporting to the ELSE Cluster Manager for the Middle East and Africa, you will combine strategic vision with hands‑on operational leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Implement global strategy locally while contributing to regional planning.
• Develop and execute business growth plans aligned with Product Group objectives.
• Own full P&L accountability for ELSE operations, set performance targets and drive corrective actions.
• Design and deliver service strategies, monitor quality metrics and lead improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and support sales activities.
• Lead a multi‑level organization, ensuring proper staffing, skill development and high‑performance culture.
• Promote continuous improvement, operational excellence, HSE compliance and sustainability.
• Oversee execution of major projects, ensuring schedule, quality, financial and customer‑satisfaction targets are met.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing division‑level operations in the industrial or electrification sector.
• Strong commercial acumen with full P&L responsibility.
• Ability to translate global strategies into local actions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field; Master’s degree in Business is preferred.
