Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator (UAE National)

About the role

Alstom Grid is seeking a full‑time Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator based onsite in Dubai. The role supports the APM Operations & Maintenance Project by ensuring the smooth flow of spares, tools and equipment across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage inbound and outbound shipments of spare parts and equipment.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and customs agents to secure timely delivery and clearance.
• Track shipments, resolve delays and handle documentation issues.
• Optimize transportation routes and modes to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing and dispatching goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper handling, labeling and compliance with safety procedures.

Required profile

• UAE national, eligible to work in the United Arab Emirates.
• Full‑time onsite availability in Dubai.
• Minimum of 1 month of experience in logistics or warehouse coordination.
• Familiarity with Dubai customs procedures and import/export documentation.
