Logistics Assistant – FMCG (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics Assistant to support daily logistics, inventory, order processing and delivery operations for a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) company in Dubai. The role involves coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily logistics and supply chain operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, transporters and internal teams regarding orders and deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain logistics, shipping and delivery documentation.
• Track shipments and provide regular delivery status updates.
• Support import/export documentation and customs processes.
• Work with warehouse teams for stock movement, loading and dispatch.
• Monitor inventory levels and keep accurate stock records.
• Process purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices and related documents.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of FMCG products.
• Follow up with transport companies and logistics partners.
• Resolve delivery discrepancies, delays and order‑related issues.
• Prepare regular logistics, inventory and shipment reports for management.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and logistics regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or warehouse operations.
• Experience in the FMCG or Food & Beverage industry is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of import/export procedures and logistics documentation.
• Good understanding of inventory and order management processes.
