Logistics Associate

About the role

IIQAF Group is looking for a reliable Logistics Associate to support daily logistics, transportation, warehouse, inventory, delivery and supply chain operations for its hospitality facilities in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate movement, receiving, storage, picking, packing and delivery of food, beverages, hospitality supplies, equipment and operational materials.
• Receive incoming goods, verify quantities against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Assist with loading, unloading, sorting, moving and safely storing materials.
• Prepare orders, stock requisitions, shipments and deliveries according to operational requirements.
• Pick, pack, label and stage products for internal or external delivery.
• Schedule deliveries, coordinate routes and transportation planning for hotels, restaurants, kitchens and catering operations.
• Track deliveries and communicate status to relevant departments.
• Collaborate with drivers, warehouse teams, suppliers, vendors and internal operations teams.
• Prepare logistics and delivery reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
• Support procurement and supply chain teams with order and delivery follow‑up and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma; a diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Warehouse Management or Business Administration is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, distribution, inventory or supply chain, preferably within hospitality, hotel, restaurant or catering environments.
• Knowledge of logistics operations, warehouse procedures, inventory control and delivery coordination.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality setting, with flexible hours, weekends or shifts as required.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities and awareness of UAE workplace health and safety requirements.
