Logistics Manager – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Logistics Manager to lead logistics operations, optimise transportation and warehouse activities, and ensure efficient movement of goods while maintaining service quality and cost control.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics, transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies and operating procedures.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, deliveries, and inventory movements.
• Manage relationships with transport providers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Monitor delivery schedules, service levels, costs, and operational KPIs.
• Optimise routes, transportation resources, warehouse capacity, and logistics processes.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely shipment processing.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop logistics team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Proven experience managing logistics teams and operational activities.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution processes.
• Excellent planning, problem‑solving, and organisational skills.
• Strong negotiation and vendor‑management abilities.
