Logistics Specialist – Merchandise

About the role

The Logistics Specialist will manage day‑to‑day supply chain and logistics activities for Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle’s merchandise segment. The role ensures efficient, cost‑effective operations that support business objectives and deliver a seamless flow of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end supply chain processes for assigned merchandise area.
• Manage Request for Quotation (RFQ) cycles in line with ETE process and approved SLAs.
• Register products with regulatory bodies and keep certifications up to date.
• Validate service provider invoices against agreed terms and submit billing invoices in the relevant systems.
• Monitor daily replenishments, store launches, returns, and deliveries of merchandise and non‑merchandise items based on visual merchandising and marketing requirements.
• Provide timely, accurate information to internal and external stakeholders to support business decisions.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in a high‑volume, multi‑site retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
