Loss Prevention Administrator

About the role

The Loss Prevention Administrator ensures the safety and security of guests, employees, and assets at the Aloft Abu Dhabi hotel. Working full‑time on‑site, you will patrol the property, respond to incidents, and maintain a secure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the hotel and assist guests with room access.
• Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarm, duress and fire‑life‑safety systems.
• Lock property entrances when required and conduct daily hazard inspections.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS.
• Defuse guest or employee disturbances and escort unwelcome persons.
• Complete incident reports, shift summaries and maintain confidentiality of all security documentation.
• Investigate incidents, gather evidence and interview relevant parties.
• Support guests, including those with disabilities, and uphold hospitality standards.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability with the ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow company policies.
• Professional appearance and commitment to confidentiality.
• Capability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

Required skills

• CCTV monitoring
• Alarm system operation (perimeter, duress, fire safety)
• First aid/CPR certification
• Incident reporting and documentation
