About the role

The Butler will deliver a personalized, high‑touch experience for guests staying in suites at Atlantis, The Palm. Acting as the first point of contact, the Butler anticipates guest preferences and ensures seamless service throughout the stay.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare suites according to guest requirements before arrival.
• Greet guests at the Porte Cochère, escort them to their suite, and conduct in‑room check‑in.
• Handle luggage, dry‑cleaning, and laundry services as requested.
• Create and manage guest itineraries, including reservations and activity bookings, and coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and communicate them to relevant teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Butler in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong English communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexibly, multitask, and adapt to rapid changes.
• Team player with a proactive, hands‑on approach.
