Luxury Hotel Receptionist – Dubai (South African Passport Required)

About the role

Join the front‑desk team of a 5‑star luxury hotel in Dubai and be the first point of contact for high‑profile international guests. You will create flawless first impressions, manage check‑ins and check‑outs, and provide premium concierge support.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, verify IDs and allocate luxury rooms while ensuring a smooth check‑in/check‑out process.
• Operate the Property Management System, issue room keys, process billing and maintain accurate guest folios.
• Respond to guest inquiries, recommend Dubai attractions, arrange luggage transport and fulfil special requests.
• Handle incoming calls, route messages to hotel departments and reply to guest emails professionally.
• Address guest feedback and service concerns, escalating complex issues to front‑office management when needed.

Required profile

• Must be 18+ years old and hold a valid South African passport.
• Proven experience as a hotel receptionist, front‑desk agent or guest‑relations officer, preferably in a 5‑star property.
• Familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems such as Opera or similar.
• Flawless spoken and written English with a polished, warm professional demeanor.
• Willingness and eligibility to relocate full‑time to Dubai, UAE.

Required skills

• Opera PMS (or similar Property Management System).
• Standard office computer systems.
