About the role

Engel & Völkers Dubai is seeking ambitious real estate brokers to join its luxury market team. This commission‑only position offers tax‑free, uncapped earnings and access to premium properties and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
• Generate new business through networking, calls, and market expertise.
• List and market properties using premium tools and platforms.
• Conduct property viewings and valuations.
• Negotiate and close high‑value real estate transactions.
• Stay up to date with Dubai market trends and regulations.
• Deliver a high‑end, consultative client experience from start to finish.

Required profile

• Highly motivated, target‑driven, and financially ambitious.
• Confident, professional, and resilient.
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proactive self‑starter with a growth mindset.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or a target‑driven environment (preferred but not essential).
• Valid driving licence.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
