About the role
Rotana Star Rent A Car, a premium car‑rental provider in the UAE, is seeking a dynamic Sales & Customer Service Executive to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on converting enquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering a high‑end customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, social media and walk‑ins.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Prepare quotations, process payments, manage extensions and vehicle upgrades.
- Apply sales, negotiation, upselling and closing techniques to meet targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM and booking records.
- Coordinate with operations on vehicle availability, delivery and collection.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Required profile
- Strong sales, negotiation and closing abilities.
- Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
- Good knowledge of the Dubai/UAE rental market.
- Target‑oriented, proactive and confident.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valid UAE visa; immediate joiners preferred.
