As a Sales Associate you will be the face of Cartier in Abu Dhabi, delivering exceptional, personalized client experiences while building lasting relationships. Your passion for luxury and storytelling will drive the boutique’s commercial success and uphold the Maison’s standards at every touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience aligned with Cartier standards.
• Develop strong relationships with local and international clients to ensure long‑term engagement and loyalty.
• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to overall team performance.
• Identify client needs and confidently introduce relevant products and services.
• Support client development initiatives through follow‑ups, appointments, and outreach activities.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across all categories and collections.
• Ensure boutique presentation and operations reflect Maison standards at all times.
• Collaborate closely with boutique and cross‑functional teams to deliver a seamless client journey.

Required profile

• Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or other client‑facing environments.
• Passion for luxury, client experience, and relationship building.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive mindset with a collaborative approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Required skills

• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
