Aftersales Manager – Toyota Service Center

About the role

Join Al-Futtaim Automotive as the Aftersales Manager for Toyota Al Ain. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the service centre, driving revenue growth, profitability and a world‑class customer experience that aligns with Toyota’s global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a high‑performing aftersales team to meet revenue, productivity and profitability targets.
• Drive operational excellence, ensuring efficiency, quality and high customer satisfaction.
• Champion a customer‑first culture, using NPS and feedback to improve retention.
• Manage the branch P&L, identify growth opportunities and implement performance‑boosting strategies.
• Collaborate with workshop, parts, CRM and leadership teams to align business priorities.
• Develop talent through coaching, building a pipeline of future leaders.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, HSSE requirements and operational policies.
• Continuously optimise processes, capacity and resource utilisation.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in automotive aftersales or service operations.
• Strong commercial mindset with hands‑on P&L management experience.
• Deep understanding of dealership aftersales processes and the customer lifecycle.
• Data‑driven approach with ability to turn insights into actionable improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Passion for developing people and leading high‑performance teams.
• Experience driving change and continuous improvement initiatives.
