Luxury Villas Design Manager

About the role

The Luxury Villas Design Manager is a full‑time, hands‑on position responsible for creating and delivering high‑end villa designs from concept to handover. The role blends design creation with limited supervisory duties, ensuring every project meets a luxury standard.

Key responsibilities

• Design luxury villas end‑to‑end, including concepts, layouts, material and finish selection, and detailed documentation.
• Develop mood boards, 3D visualisations and presentation packages that reflect a premium market.
• Produce and review technical drawings, ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality and other authorities.
• Coordinate with the landscape design team, providing creative input and occasional hands‑on support.
• Work closely with sales, project, operations and procurement teams to align design with budgets, timelines and brand standards.
• Maintain drawing standards, templates and documentation control for all villa projects.

Required profile

• Hands‑on designer who can spend as much time creating as managing.
• Strong understanding of luxury villa aesthetics, functionality and buildability.
• Ability to translate client briefs, site conditions and budgets into viable design solutions.
• Excellent coordination skills across sales, operations and procurement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in producing technical drawings and construction documentation for high‑end residential projects.
• Experience with 3D visualisation tools to create realistic renderings.
• Knowledge of local building regulations and authority approval processes.
