About the role
Join Premier Inn’s growing portfolio in the UAE as a Maintenance Assistant at the Dubai Dragon Mart location. You will ensure the hotel’s facilities are safe, functional and presented to the highest standards for guests and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out daily inspections of building, plant and equipment using a checklist.
- Perform routine, corrective and emergency repairs across electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry areas.
- Support preventative maintenance of fire‑protection systems and ensure safety features operate efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any recurring issues.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to prioritize and resolve maintenance requests promptly.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 months experience in hotel or branded property maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
