Maintenance Manager

About the role

The Maintenance Manager will lead daily maintenance operations for a range of civil, MEP, and interior projects in Dubai. You will coordinate schedules, supervise technicians, and ensure all works meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily maintenance schedules and assign technicians as required.
• Prepare BOQs, evaluate costs, and produce shop drawings and detailed specifications.
• Attend site meetings, develop work programmes, and monitor progress.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality workmanship within budget and timelines.
• Lead toolbox talks and enforce QHSE regulations.
• Provide material specifications and propose suitable alternatives.

Required profile

• Relevant Civil Engineering degree approved by Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and Civil Defence.
• 5‑7 years of experience in maintenance, civil, MEP, or interior works.
• Familiarity with local electrical codes, green building practices, and project management principles.
• Good communication skills and a valid UAE driving licence.
• Arabic language proficiency is preferred.

Required skills

• AutoCAD proficiency.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and material specifications.
