Maintenance Supervisor – Industrial Facilities

About the role

The company seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead mechanical and electrical maintenance activities across industrial terminals, tank farms, and pump house facilities. The role ensures preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance while maintaining strict HSE and safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Carry out hands‑on troubleshooting of pumps, valves, generators, motors, MCCs, VFD panels and rotating equipment.
• Supervise electrical maintenance of switchgear, PLC and SCADA systems, as well as CCTV and related electric systems.
• Coordinate maintenance work with operations and contractors to minimise downtime.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance procedures, checklists, inspection records and equipment history cards.
• Ensure all activities comply with HSE, Permit to Work, LOTO and terminal safety requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• 5‑7 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in oil terminals, tank farms or pump houses.
• Proven hands‑on experience with rotating equipment, pumps, valves, generators and industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to supervise maintenance teams and coordinate multiple activities.
• Good documentation, reporting and communication skills.
