Major Account Manager – New Business

About the role

The Major Account Manager – New Business is responsible for acquiring high‑value corporate and enterprise customers for Pixel's Managed Print Services and Print Management solutions. This is a hunting role focused on creating demand, building senior‑level relationships and converting qualified opportunities into sizeable contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target high‑potential accounts across multiple locations.
• Prospect, conduct discovery, and develop customer‑specific print solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close new contracts.
• Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecast reporting.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales and technical teams to craft credible, tailored propositions.
• Track and report on new‑account wins, revenue, margin quality and account growth.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in Managed Print Services or related technology solutions.
• Proven ability to manage the full commercial cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Strong analytical skills to link operational inefficiencies to cost and productivity outcomes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with senior stakeholders.
