Management Associate – Public Affairs (UAE Nationals Only)

About the role

The Management Associate will support the UAE Head of Public Affairs in delivering internal and external communication programmes that reinforce the Wealth Citigold business objectives and protect the bank’s reputation. The role combines media relations, social‑media planning, employee communications and corporate social‑responsibility activities, and is open to UAE nationals only.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the UAE Head of Public Affairs in executing communication plans aligned with Wealth Citigold goals.
• Coordinate media engagements for senior executives, draft press releases and arrange interviews in Arabic and English.
• Monitor media coverage and produce regular news‑tracking reports.
• Develop and implement a social‑media strategy for the UAE Wealth Head and key business representatives.
• Support senior leadership with external speaking opportunities and prepare branding materials for corporate events, forums and sponsorships.
• Produce internal communications such as newsletters, intranet updates, town‑hall briefings and employee‑engagement campaigns.
• Participate in CSR and community‑investment programmes, including sustainability initiatives and volunteering activities.
• Track public‑affairs metrics and ensure compliance with governance, risk and control requirements.

Required profile

• UAE national with the right to work in the United Arab Emirates.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience or strong interest in public affairs, corporate communications or media relations, preferably within banking or wealth‑management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work under tight deadlines and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
