About the role
The Manager - Account Management will lead seller recruitment and growth for the Carrefour Marketplace. You will act as the primary liaison for local and international sellers, driving their online performance and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Source, contact, and close deals with top sellers across multiple categories.
- Serve as the single point of contact for sellers on sales, business development, and account management.
- Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly deep‑dives to analyse seller performance and identify growth actions.
- Prioritise high‑potential sellers based on product uniqueness, pricing competitiveness and customer experience.
- Ensure sellers meet quality standards and convey their concerns to product teams.
- Lead analyses of category performance, pricing, supply trends and competitive benchmarks.
- Own category strategy, including selection, brand acquisition, pricing and promotional roadmaps.
- Build annual and quarterly business plans with clear targets and metrics.
- Identify and roll out scalable improvements to the Marketplace Selling Partners experience.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Sales (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years in an e‑commerce environment.
- Proven ability to develop strong relationships and close win‑win partnerships.
- Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to dive deep into business, product and market data.
