About the role

ADNOC is seeking an experienced Manager to lead tax compliance and strategy across the organization. The role involves overseeing all tax reporting, planning and audit activities, ensuring alignment with local regulations and the Group’s policies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file corporate income tax, VAT, and other tax returns accurately and on time.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimise the company’s tax position.
• Review group structure and advise on tax optimisation opportunities.
• Manage transfer pricing documentation, including Master Files, Local Files and inter‑company transaction reporting.
• Prepare Country‑by‑Country Reporting (CbCR) and ensure timely filing with tax authorities.
• Support tax audits, inquiries and examinations by providing required documentation.
• Identify tax risks and opportunities, keeping senior management informed of potential implications.
• Stay current with changes in tax legislation and best practices.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in tax compliance, reporting and planning.
• Strong knowledge of UAE tax regulations, VAT and transfer pricing rules.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with finance and business teams.
