Manager – Acquisitions and Project Finance

About the role

The Manager – Acquisitions and Project Finance will support business development for green‑field and brown‑field infrastructure projects, acquisitions, divestments and stake sales. The role combines financial analysis, modelling and fundraising support to drive value‑creating transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis, optimisation and business valuation for development projects and transaction opportunities.
• Build, audit and maintain comprehensive financial models in line with project and financial agreements, accounting and tax policies.
• Support fund‑raising activities, including structuring and negotiations with banks, export credit agencies and other financial institutions.
• Perform tax and accounting due diligence and related modelling.
• Prepare investment memoranda, internal reports, summaries and presentations for investment decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce or engineering; MBA or CFA is a plus.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience, preferably with banks, financial advisory firms or consultancies.
• Proven track record in building and managing financial models; prior project‑finance exposure is an asset.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Arabic is advantageous.
