Manager – Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA)

About the role

Khazna Data Centers, the leading wholesale data centre provider in the MENA region, is looking for a Manager Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) to lead the design and construction of civil, structural and architectural works for its data‑centre projects in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee conceptual architectural and interior design, ensuring space planning meets functional and end‑user requirements.
• Review and coordinate architectural drawings, 3D models and material specifications, and resolve design issues before construction.
• Manage design changes, technical reviews and submissions with Technical Advisors, keeping timelines.
• Supervise installation of architectural and interior features and monitor façade aesthetics.
• Conduct regular site inspections, approve shop drawings, submittals and inspection documents, and ensure accurate project documentation.
• Guide and mentor junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in design, construction and fit‑out works, preferably in data‑centre environments.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, safety and sustainability standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time with high quality.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.
