Manager Crew Engagement

About the role

The Manager Crew Engagement leads the development, wellbeing and performance of the cabin crew community. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will shape employee experience, drive engagement initiatives and support operational excellence across the airline.

Key responsibilities

• Champion service excellence by coaching cabin crew to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Design and implement engagement programs, workshops, events and recognition initiatives.
• Oversee performance management, provide data‑driven insights and partner with senior leaders to address performance issues.
• Act as the voice of cabin crew, building relationships with Training, Service Delivery, HR, Safety and Welfare teams.
• Lead investigations into service and operational matters, recommending improvements.
• Promote a culture of safety, compliance and continuous learning, ensuring adherence to GCAA and international aviation standards.

Required profile

• University degree or professional qualifications in business or people management (preferred).
• Minimum five years of experience in a people‑management role.
• Experience as cabin crew is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to manage a large, multicultural workforce in an airline or hospitality setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
