Manager, Data & AI Capability Transformation – EY Academy

About the role

EY is seeking a Manager to lead Data, AI and Capability Transformation initiatives within the EY Academy in Dubai. You will partner with governments, sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions and leading organisations across the Middle East to design and deliver large‑scale capability programmes that support national agendas and workforce modernisation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct capability assessments, workforce diagnostics and skills‑gap analyses to identify development priorities.
• Design capability development strategies, learning architectures and competency‑based frameworks aligned to business objectives.
• Translate business challenges into practical capability development solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Lead the creation of learning solutions covering Data Literacy, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Data Governance and Emerging Technologies.
• Develop structured learning pathways for executives, managers, specialists and technical professionals.
• Continuously monitor market trends, emerging technologies and industry developments to refresh portfolio offerings.
• Collaborate with global EY teams and industry experts to ensure solution relevance and impact.

Required profile

• Manager‑level experience in capability transformation, data and AI initiatives.
• Proven ability to design and deliver large‑scale learning programmes for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong understanding of finance, advisory and digital enablement contexts.
