Manager - Enterprise Risk Management

About the role

The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Manager will partner with business units to continuously assess, identify and mitigate potential risks. This role ensures that risk policies, procedures, training, systems and controls are effectively implemented across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of risk management policy, framework and initiatives across all functions.
• Track macro‑environment, competitive and regulatory trends that may impact the business.
• Lead identification of strategic, operational, financial and compliance risks through ongoing assessments with business leads.
• Launch and present annual risk and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) surveys to senior leadership.
• Develop and monitor risk management action plans and control self‑assessments.
• Aggregate and present the residual risk profile and Key Risk Indicator (KRI) dashboard to management.
• Update risk appetite, tolerance and KPIs annually in line with business goals.
• Provide quality risk reporting to the Audit Committee and Board of Directors.
• Facilitate risk awareness initiatives, training and communication campaigns.
• Support monitoring of Business Continuity Plans, QHSE risks and maintain risk registers and related tools.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in enterprise risk management, business continuity and compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
