Manager, Events & Sponsorship

About the role

The Manager, Events & Sponsorship will lead the planning, coordination and execution of corporate events, sponsorship activations and client engagement programmes for First Abu Dhabi Bank. This role ensures high‑quality experiences that reinforce the bank’s brand, deepen stakeholder relationships and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of corporate events, conferences, hospitality programmes and internal engagement initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into detailed event plans, budgets, run‑of‑shows and guest journeys.
• Coordinate venue management, logistics, production, branding, registration and guest experience.
• Activate sponsorships, track contractual rights, and optimise visibility and client engagement.
• Partner with internal units (Marketing, Communications, Procurement, Legal, Finance) and external partners to ensure seamless delivery.
• Maintain accurate records, dashboards and post‑event reports, measuring engagement, brand exposure and ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, Public Relations or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in events, sponsorships, marketing or project management, preferably within financial services, government or a large corporate environment.
