Manager – Founder’s Office

About the role

Vinning is a luxury‑focused growth and digital experience company expanding in the UAE. The Manager – Founder’s Office will work directly with the Founder to shape the next phase of the business, driving market research, strategy, and execution of growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Research UAE and Middle‑East market opportunities, competitors and industry trends.
• Help refine Vinning’s positioning, services, pricing and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Build and manage a target database of premium and luxury brands, identifying decision‑makers.
• Support outreach, meetings, proposals and follow‑ups with prospects.
• Prepare business presentations, credentials, case studies and pitch materials.
• Maintain CRM, opportunity pipeline and conduct weekly business reviews.
• Coordinate freelancers, partners and specialist resources for pilot projects.
• Assist the Founder on strategic initiatives, owning ideas from concept to execution.
• Analyse client feedback to recommend new services and team structures.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in Founder’s Office, consulting, agency strategy, business development, startups or growth roles.
• Strong research, commercial and analytical abilities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with founders and senior decision‑makers.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Understanding of digital marketing, branding, luxury or consumer businesses is a plus.
