Manager HR Industrial Relations

About the role

Emirates Group is seeking a Manager HR Industrial Relations to lead the design, development and delivery of a global industrial relations strategy across all business entities. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, HR Compensation & Benefits, you will act as the subject‑matter expert, providing strategic advice to senior business leaders and ensuring compliance with local labour laws and collective bargaining agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement an overarching industrial relations strategy for the Group.
• Provide strategic advice to business executives, country HR and business leaders on industrial relations matters.
• Identify, assess and mitigate industrial relations risks across global operations.
• Develop frameworks for collaboration and knowledge transfer in industrial relations practices.
• Support the creation and delivery of training programs for managers on labour relations, conflict resolution and negotiation.
• Monitor labour market trends, regulatory changes and industry developments to anticipate issues.
• Report critical global industrial metrics and trends to senior management for informed decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop policies that reduce labour‑related risks.
