Manager in Training – Rooms (Hospitality Internship)

About the role

Jumeirah Hotels is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its Rooms Division as Managers in Training. This internship provides a comprehensive rotation across all rooms‑related departments, offering hands‑on experience in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through various rooms‑division departments to understand operations, processes, and business functions.
• Ensure daily operations meet service standards and follow standard operating procedures.
• Support cross‑functional projects by conducting research, analysing data, and providing insights.
• Identify and suggest process optimisation and efficiency improvements.
• Participate in performance evaluations, receive feedback, and work on personal development.
• Resolve guest escalations to ensure memorable experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum of two internships in luxury hospitality.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and project‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
