Manager Lounge Design & Standards Development

About the role

Emirates is seeking a Manager to lead the strategic development of its global lounge portfolio. The role will shape lounge concepts, design standards and guest experiences, ensuring they reflect the premium Emirates brand across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic direction of Emirates’ global lounge proposition, including future concepts, hospitality experiences and product innovations.
• Oversee design, refurbishment and transformation programmes to deliver consistent premium environments.
• Establish and govern a global standards framework covering design, service, quality, compliance and maintenance for both Emirates‑operated and partner lounges.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, lounge operators, airline partners, suppliers and consultants to align initiatives with standards.
• Leverage customer insights, market trends and emerging technologies to innovate and continuously improve the lounge portfolio.
• Build and lead a high‑performing team, providing coaching and fostering a culture of excellence.

Required profile

• Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership experience in hospitality, design or service delivery environments.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale transformation projects and stakeholder relationships.
