Manager - Priority Banking Proposition

About the role

The role leads the development, enhancement and commercialization of Priority Banking value propositions, segment design and customer engagement initiatives for ADIB in Abu Dhabi. It focuses on growth through data‑driven insights, strategic partnerships, digital enablement and performance management to increase acquisition, portfolio depth, fee income and total revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance Priority Banking propositions and benefits, identify customer needs, market trends and launch new initiatives.
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention through targeted campaigns and portfolio management.
• Analyze portfolio performance and customer behavior, develop MIS, dashboards and management reports, and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Source, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships and vendor agreements, monitoring performance and value delivery.
• Lead digital and customer journey enhancements, system improvements, UAT and automation initiatives.
• Execute revenue‑focused campaigns, monitor results, optimise performance and support frontline teams.
• Maintain governance, policies and regulatory compliance, and lead cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret large data sets and derive commercial insights.
• Proven experience in financial modelling, business case development and retail/priority banking products.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate across product, digital, data analytics, marketing, operations, IT, compliance and frontline teams.
