Manager – Private Banking Marketing (Emiratized)

About the role

The Manager – Private Banking Marketing (Emiratized) will lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing and communications campaigns for Current Accounts and Savings Accounts, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth for the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage end‑to‑end marketing and communications campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital and social channels to meet annual objectives.
• Translate business and product goals into culturally relevant campaign strategies for the UAE market in partnership with creative agencies.
• Own the full campaign lifecycle from brief creation, creative alignment, media planning, production, launch to performance reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate, on‑brand content in Arabic and English across the right channels at the right time.
• Monitor campaign performance against KPIs, optimise continuously and ensure compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines and agency relationships while working closely with creative, CRM, website, social media, media, product, events and PR teams.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a fast‑paced, campaign‑driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing integrated, multi‑channel campaigns end‑to‑end.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of the UAE market, consumer behaviour and cultural nuances.

Required skills

• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

• Experience working with creative agencies and cross‑functional teams.
