Marketing Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

As the Marketing Manager for the Waldorf Astoria resort in Ras Al Khaimah, you will lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies that enhance the luxury brand and drive revenue across all guest touch‑points. You will act as the brand custodian, ensuring every communication reflects the resort’s premium positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, SEO/SEM and paid media channels.
• Maintain brand consistency and visual standards in all internal and external communications.
• Oversee content calendars, coordinate photography, videography and drone shoots, and manage media relations.
• Set KPIs, monitor performance metrics and analyse data to optimise ROI.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and regional marketing teams to align initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑management experience in a hospitality or luxury environment.
• Proven strategic thinking with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
