Manager - Product Management

About the role

You will lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of AI‑powered satellite communication products for high‑profile government and commercial clients across land, maritime and aerospace segments. The role drives innovation, market alignment and the company’s mission to expand sovereign space capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage product specifications for Satcom solutions, collaborating with engineering, delivery and commercial teams.
• Review proposals, RFPs and vendor submissions to ensure technical excellence and market fit.
• Own and update product roadmaps for land, maritime and aerospace segments, focusing on government and international markets.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and technology partners to integrate advanced AI capabilities into new products.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from specification, beta trials, go‑to‑market strategy, launch and post‑launch support.
• Monitor technical and commercial performance, providing early alerts on deviations from strategic plans.
• Oversee quality of service for existing products, working with sales, operations, IT, customer care and network teams.
• Conduct market and pricing analysis to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 10 years experience in satellite telecommunications services within land, maritime or aerospace sectors.
• Proven expertise in product development, market introduction and lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to develop business plans, monitor performance and drive innovation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders across cultural boundaries.
