Manager, Retail Media Ads Growth

About the role

The Manager, Retail Media Ads Growth will join the Retail Media Growth team in Dubai, reporting to the Senior Manager. You will be responsible for a portfolio of MENA advertisers, driving ad sales, expanding relationships and unlocking revenue from both major and long‑tail accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of accounts across the region, including major advertisers and local market clients.
• Identify growth opportunities, pitch retail media solutions and manage campaigns end‑to‑end.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with CPG brands, agencies and suppliers.
• Collaborate with product, growth and marketing teams to create tailored ad solutions and maximize ROI.
• Execute go‑to‑market strategies at the account level, handling planning, targeting and reporting.
• Monitor performance, surface insights and recommend optimisations.
• Support seasonal campaigns, category growth initiatives and regional expansion efforts.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in ads tech, retail media, digital advertising or account management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding digital advertising sales targets.
• Strong understanding of ad‑tech platforms and retail media ecosystems.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
• Data‑driven mindset with a focus on performance insights.
