Manager - Total Rewards, Benefits & Wellbeing

About the role

Our global Benefits & Wellbeing team designs and delivers employee‑focused programs. The manager will partner with AP & EEMEA leads to create best‑in‑class benefits and ensure statutory compliance across the region, leading projects and initiatives for EEMEA.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and PBPs to provide Benefits & Wellbeing consulting support across the EEMEA region.
• Design international employee benefit and wellbeing programmes for new markets.
• Act as the primary Total Rewards contact for all benefits and wellbeing matters in EEMEA.
• Enhance employee experience through wellbeing summits and education seminars.
• Monitor legislative developments and ensure compliant benefits programmes.
• Develop business cases and recommendations for benefits design enhancements.
• Guide stakeholders on local benefit plans, perks and allowances.
• Support vendor selection and contribute to vendor strategy reviews.

Required profile

• Demonstrated knowledge of benefits & wellbeing programme design, market practices and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with EEMEA benefits consulting or in‑house benefits roles preferred.
• Ability to build cross‑functional relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Strong communication and customer‑focused skills.
• High attention to detail with a sense of urgency.
• Proven ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
