Manager - Trade Transformation Delivery

About the role

The Corporate, Wealth & Investment Banking Group is looking for an ambitious professional to lead trade transformation and digitisation initiatives across Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance. You will work within a dynamic Business Enablement and Digital Innovation team to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver assigned Trade Transformation and Digitisation initiatives across multiple trade products, systems and processes.
• Translate strategic change objectives into governed initiatives, including digitisation of trade processes and customer journeys.
• Consolidate inputs from business, product, operations and technology stakeholders to shape initiatives, validate feasibility and assess inter‑dependencies.
• Ensure initiatives align with approved trade and digital transformation priorities and provide clear delivery plans for senior governance.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of trade product and platform enhancements, covering process automation and journey redesign.
• Coordinate closely with business, technology and operations teams to meet scope, quality and control requirements.
• Validate delivery readiness, obtain business sign‑off and ensure solutions improve service quality.
