Managing Director - Private Banking

About the role

We are seeking a Managing Director to lead our Private Banking franchise within a premier Wealth Management platform located in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The successful candidate will enhance our advisory capabilities, drive portfolio structuring, and deepen relationships with ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals and families.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive private banking strategy aligned with the firm’s growth objectives.
• Lead a team of senior private bankers, providing mentorship and performance oversight.
• Manage and expand a high‑value client book, targeting assets exceeding $100 million per client.
• Collaborate with top‑tier banking partners to deliver a full suite of investment, credit, and structured product solutions.
• Maintain strong market intelligence to advise clients on public and private market opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in private banking, wealth advisory, or relationship management for UHNW, family office, or HNW clients.
• Proven track record of retaining and growing large client portfolios over the long term.
• Established network and an existing book of assets exceeding $100 million.
• Residency in the GCC preferred, with willingness to be based in Dubai (DIFC).

• Expertise in public and private market solutions, including alternatives and structured products.
• Strong understanding of prevailing market conditions and regulatory environment.
