Market Access Liaison – UAE, Bahrain & Oman

About the role

FarmaMondo is seeking a Market Access Liaison to lead access initiatives for specialty medicines across the UAE, Bahrain and Oman. Based in the United Arab Emirates, you will work closely with transplant centres, paediatric neurology and haematology‑oncology specialists, health authorities and key opinion leaders to ensure timely patient access while maintaining compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture peer‑to‑peer relationships with KOLs, transplant physicians and paediatric neurology/haematology‑oncology specialists across the GCC.
• Serve as a scientific resource on disease state, clinical data and evolving treatment landscapes.
• Contribute to advisory boards, congress engagement and medical education initiatives.
• Establish and manage early‑access and named‑patient programmes, securing product enlistment, import permits and individual patient supply.
• Engage health authorities, hospital pharmacies and procurement stakeholders to enable access ahead of registration.
• Map the patient journey from diagnosis to treatment to identify access barriers.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with the Managing Director MENA & Turkey, Market Access Manager and medical teams to translate field insights into strategy.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in market access or health‑technology assessment within the GCC region.
• Strong understanding of paediatric neurology, haematology‑oncology and transplant pathways.
• Ability to work with health authorities, hospital pharmacies and KOLs in a compliant, ethical framework.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % across GCC markets.
