Marketing Activation Manager

About the role

The Marketing Activation Manager will translate campaign and service‑line priorities into coordinated market activation across events, sponsorships, communications, digital, paid media and client engagement. This role sits within the Clients & Markets team and combines programme management, activation planning and team leadership to ensure activities are aligned with business priorities and delivered to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of integrated campaigns across events, digital, social, email, sponsorships, paid media and client communications.
• Own and maintain the activation calendar, prioritising and assigning activities across paid, earned, owned and in‑person channels.
• Design and manage event and sponsorship programmes, defining objectives, target audiences and success metrics.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure a joined‑up, growth‑focused activation approach.
• Monitor performance of activation initiatives and adjust tactics to meet business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing activation, programme management or similar roles.
• Strong ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent organisational skills with a focus on delivering on time and to standard.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable activation plans.
