About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Business Development Manager to drive growth for our business setup consultancy in the UAE. You will generate new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and lead marketing initiatives across Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore services.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, SMEs, and corporate clients.
  • Promote company formation services, including Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore setups, PRO services, and visa processing.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Manage social media platforms, LinkedIn marketing, and lead generation activities.
  • Coordinate with designers and content creators for marketing collateral.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the UAE business setup sector.
  • Build alliances with banks, real‑estate firms, consultants, and referral partners.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business setup consultancy, corporate services, or a similar UAE market.
  • Strong understanding of UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and visa processes.
  • Proven track record in sales, marketing, and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and able to work independently.
